Green Ginger
Apple Smoothie
Wow! If you want to get your energy level revving
in the morning not to mention your fiber for the day – then THIS is the
Smoothie for you !
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Spinach
1 Green Apple
1 handful of Parsley
1 thumb of Ginger (about 1 inch)
1-2 Cups of Coconut Water or Water
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
(optional)
1/4 cup of Liquid Egg Whites
(optional)
Instructions:
Core your apple, blend all ingredients together
in a high-powered blender and enjoy!
