Apples and Cinnamon Snacker

Apple and Cinnamon Snacker !

Now here is a great little pre or post workout snack and tasty too ! 

Simple and easy and can be made in advance !  




Dust 1/2 sliced small apple with cinnamon; dip in 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt mixed with 1 tsp honey.

Enjoy !
