Are you craving something with Chocolate Peanut Butter, well here is your Match!!
You must try this delicious and healthy protein shake! It’s absolutely delish and best of all pretty filling. This shake can also be enjoyed as a Pre-Workout shake due to the Greek yogurt for the extra added protein which when both combined with banana really help to kick start and fuel your work-out.
Bananas are one of the most perfect pre and post work-out foods as they are full of complex carbs which we all know carbohydrates lead to energy. And getting the right nutrition and energy before working out are just as important as actually working out!!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter or Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 c Liquid Egg Whites (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and Enjoy!!
For extra chocolate flavor feel free to substitute vanilla protein powder for chocolate protein powder instead.
